Privacy Policy

Current versionEffective date: September 10, 2026.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Omrylo website at omrylo.com. The website is operated by its Founder, 金徐明 (Ming), under the Omrylo brand.

2. Information we receive

The first release does not provide accounts, sign-in, comments, subscriptions, or contact forms, so the website does not actively collect personal information through those features. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide.

3. Infrastructure data

Hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, access times, requested URLs, and security logs while providing their services. Those providers process information under their own policies.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This deployment does not display AdSense advertising or reserve visible advertising space. The Google AdSense account meta tag is used for site verification only; verification does not mean that advertising is active. Advertising will not be enabled until the account is ready, the relevant privacy disclosures are published, and any required consent mechanism is configured.

This version includes an optional PostHog analytics integration. Events are sent only when the deployment environment contains the project token. When enabled, PostHog Cloud EU receives anonymous pageview, pageleave, contact-entry, outbound-link, and language-switch events. The integration uses cookieless mode, does not identify users, and does not enable session replay, heatmaps, advertising, or person profiles. PostHog remains a third-party service and processes event and technical request data under its own policy.

If advertising is enabled later, Google and its partners may process technical request data, page context, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and ad interactions to serve and measure personalized or non-personalized ads. The applicable Google controls and any choice required by law will be provided before activation. Visitors can manage advertising personalization through Google's Ads Settings.

If analytics, advertising, or another service requiring cookies is enabled or materially changed later, this policy will be updated before activation and any notice or choice required by applicable law will be provided.

5. How information is used

Information received by email is used to respond to inquiries, discuss products or projects, and retain necessary communication records. We do not sell personal information.

6. External links

This website links to Omrylo products and third-party platforms. Once you leave this website, the destination service handles information under its own privacy policy.

7. Retention and security

Information you provide is retained only for communication, record-keeping, and reasonable operational needs. Reasonable measures are used to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Contact and requests

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided by email, contact hi@omrylo.com. Requests will be handled where the relevant records can be identified and applicable law permits.

9. Policy updates

This policy may change when the website or the services it uses change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
